Studio Guidelines
To support a harmonious, respectful, and grounded environment, we kindly ask all students to observe the following guidelines when practicing at Buah Meditasi.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and to settle into the space.
Once a class has begun, late entry may not be permitted, as it can disrupt the collective focus and atmosphere of the session.
Practice with Awareness
All classes at Buah Meditasi are offered with a healing-centered and awareness-based approach.
You are encouraged to listen to your body, take rest when needed, and modify or pause any movement or technique. There is no expectation to push beyond your comfort, capacity, or personal rhythm.
Silence & Devices
To preserve a calm and contained atmosphere, we kindly ask that mobile phones are switched off or kept on silent upon entering the studio.
We invite minimal conversation inside the practice space, both before and after class, to support a sense of presence and ease for everyone.
Health & Well-being
If you have injuries, medical conditions, or are experiencing emotional sensitivity, please inform the Teacher before class begins.
While our Teachers are here to guide and support, personal awareness and self-responsibility remain an essential part of the practice.
Hygiene & Shared Care
Buah Meditasi is a shared space, and hygiene is part of our collective care.
After each session, we kindly ask students to clean their mat using the sanitizer and towel provided, before returning it neatly to the mat rack or rug area.
This simple practice helps maintain comfort, cleanliness, and mindfulness for all who share the space.
Respect the Space
Buah Meditasi is an intentional and shared environment. We ask all students to treat the room, props, Teachers, and fellow practitioners with care and respect at all times.
